  1. Return Window
    You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered.
  2. Return Conditions
    To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that are damaged due to misuse, missing parts, or altered after delivery may not be eligible for a refund.
  3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
    If your item arrived damaged, defective, or was not the item you ordered, please contact us within the 30-day return window. We will arrange a return or replacement at no cost to you. Depending on the situation, we may ask for photos or additional information so we can resolve the issue quickly.
  4. Return Shipping and Fees
    Eligible returns are free. We do not charge restocking fees. We will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label or another suitable return method.

  6. Refund Timing
    Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 1–2 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. After we process the refund, it may take 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  7. Non-Returnable Items
    Certain items may not be eligible for return if they are final sale, personalized, custom-made, or otherwise marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase. If you are unsure whether an item can be returned, please contact us before placing your order.
